Everything in Settings, at a glance
The Settings tab is command central for how bookings behave. Here’s what each area controls, with links to the full guides.

Choose Appointments (salons, studios, clinics) or Jobs & Field Service (trades). Jobs mode adds a job board, statuses, on-my-way texts, and problem capture on calls — same data either way, switch any time. See Run a trade business on Scheduley.
Time slot interval sets how often bookable start times are offered (every 15, 30, or 60 minutes), and buffer between appointments keeps an automatic gap around every booking — both enforced everywhere clients book: your website, booking page, and the AI agent. Minimize gaps packs your day: empty days offer the normal grid, but once a day has a booking, clients are only offered times right before or after existing appointments — no more stranded half-hours between visits.
Want to see any client-facing text before clients do? Agent → SMS Auto-Replies → Preview texts on your phone sends you a sample of each one.
The shield button on any client (under Clients) blocks them: your AI politely ends their calls in seconds, their texts get no reply, and online booking refuses them — while their history stays intact. Unblock anytime.
Auto-mark paid takes bookkeeping off your plate — completed appointments are marked paid automatically, so Collected on Home and Reports stays accurate. Prefer to confirm each one? Leave it off and mark appointments paid from the Calendar. In Jobs mode, settle with Mark paid on the job instead.
Your sign-in email and timezone live in Settings; your business name and public details are edited under Business info.
At the bottom of Settings, Delete account permanently removes your business and sign-in — self-serve, no support ticket needed. Canceling your subscription is a separate, gentler thing (your data stays). See Canceling your subscription or deleting your account for the full rundown.
Settings apply to your booking page, your website, and your AI Front Desk together — change once, updated everywhere.
