How team members work in Scheduley today, and what to do if you need staff logins or role-based permissions.

Who can do what on your team

Under Team, each person you add is a bookable staff member: they get a column on your calendar, can be assigned services and hours, and can appear on your website. Their role field is a job title (Stylist, Tech, Colorist), not a login permission.

Add as many staff as your business needs; the plan includes unlimited bookable staff members, and there’s never a per-staff fee.

Staff logins and permission levels

Multi-location businesses can invite location managers from Locations. Those manager accounts are separate from bookable staff profiles. See Managing multiple locations.

Separate logins for stylists or techs (for example Admin / Editor / Viewer access) aren’t built into Scheduley yet. If you need that for your shop, contact us or tap Chat with us in the help center. Tell us how many people need access and what they should be able to change, and we’ll help you find the right setup.
