Keep everyone on schedule

Go to Settings → Notifications and enable “Text clients a reminder before their appointment”. Reminders are sent from your Scheduley number automatically.
Choose how far in advance the reminder goes out — an hour before works well for most businesses; day-before suits longer appointments.
Reminder texts include the service, day, and time. If plans changed, clients can text back to reschedule or cancel — the AI handles it and your calendar updates on its own, often freeing the slot in time to fill it.
Clients also get a confirmation text the moment they book. The confirmation and reminder each have their own on/off switch under Agent → SMS Auto-Replies, where you can also see the exact message each one sends and adjust the reminder timing.
The same Notifications page holds your own alerts: team members get texted when a booking lands on their schedule, and “Text me the moment a call sounds urgent” pings you instantly when your agent flags an emergency mid-call — the call also gets a red Urgent badge in your calls inbox either way.
Each morning your Concierge posts a short good-morning note in its inbox thread — today’s schedule, yesterday’s bookings and calls, and who’s waiting on the waitlist. It stays in the app (an unread dot on the Concierge row and a note in your notification bell — never a text), and it’s toggled in the Notifications panel at the top of the Concierge window — not here. The full map of every alert Scheduley sends you is in Notifications: how Scheduley keeps you in the loop.
