Every review on your Scheduley site comes from a real appointment on your calendar — verified by booking. Collection is automatic: when an appointment ends, Scheduley sends your client a friendly invite with a personal review link, by email or text — whichever they booked with.
The link opens a simple page with your business name and their appointment. They pick a star rating, write a few words, and submit — no account, no app, done in under a minute. Each link works for one review.
The moment you want a review is usually the moment you’re looking at that client. Open their card on the Clients page and tap ★ Ask for a review next to their service history — the invite texts them right away, or copies the personal link for you to share however you like. Asking again is safe: the same link is reused, never duplicated.
Settings → Reviews shows your average star rating and review count at a glance — tap View all to read every collected review in full, newest first, along with which invites are still waiting on a reply.
Kind words from before Scheduley? In the website builder’s Reviews card, paste the quote with the client’s name and a star rating — it appears in your Testimonials section immediately, and you can remove your own quotes anytime.
Reviews show in the reviews section of your published website, along with your average rating — and your booking page can show the same star rating at the top. You decide where they appear: toggle the Testimonials section on your website and the rating badge on your booking page on or off anytime. Until your first reviews come in, you can also show your Google rating — see Showing your Google rating.
Connected your Google rating? Under Settings → Notifications, switch Review invites send clients to from the Scheduley review page to Google reviews — invites then link straight to Google’s write-review page for your business, growing your public rating right where new clients search.
Review collection is optional. The Collect reviews from clients toggle under Settings → Reviews controls it: switch it off and clients are no longer invited, and outstanding review links stop accepting new reviews. Reviews you’ve already collected stay on your site as long as the Testimonials section is on — switch collection back on anytime.
Want to reset and start over? Delete all reviews… at the bottom of Settings → Reviews permanently removes every collected review and cancels outstanding invite links, after an are-you-sure confirmation. Quotes you added yourself in the website builder stay put — those are removed individually in the builder.
