Set it up
When adding an appointment, set Repeats to every week, every 2 weeks, or every 4 weeks. That’s it: same time, same team member, same service, same location.
How the series behaves
The next visit books itself automatically once the date of the latest occurrence arrives; your calendar always shows the upcoming occurrence without filling up a year ahead
Each occurrence has its own appointment record. Rescheduling changes that occurrence; cancelling the upcoming occurrence ends future generation.
Ending a series
Two ways, both obvious: cancel the upcoming visit, or open it and tap End repeat. Either stops future generation; past visits stay on the books.
Why it matters
A client on a standing schedule never lapses, never needs rebooking, and never shops around. It’s the steadiest revenue a service business has, and now it runs itself.
