Every location, its own front desk
Multi-location brands run beautifully on Scheduley: each location has its own business workspace: its own booking page, service menu and prices, team, calendar, and AI Front Desk number. Every booking, call, and text lands at the right location automatically, and each shop manager runs their own dashboard.
How it’s set up
- Open Settings → Multiple locations and turn it on. This reveals Locations in the sidebar. Open Locations and complete the brand setup; your current business becomes the first location.
- Add your locations: each starts clean with its own calendar, services, team, and hours. Switch between locations right from the Locations page; the whole dashboard follows.
- Invite a location manager (optional): enter their email and their own login opens straight into their location. They run their shop; only you see the whole brand.
- Each location builds its own booking site with any template it likes; services, prices, staff, and hours can differ freely between locations. Different locations can even be different business types.
- We build your brand page with you: one page that introduces the brand and lists every location, with a Book Online button on each card.

The brand page is the front door for the whole brand: your story up top, then a card for every location with its photo, phone, email, and Book Online.
