Create your booking page
Your booking page is where clients see your services and book appointments online — day or night, without a phone call. Setting one up takes a few minutes.
Step 1: Add your business details
Go to Business info in your dashboard and fill in your business name, address, phone, and timezone. These appear on your public booking page so clients know exactly who they’re booking with and where to find you. Each contact detail also carries a visibility choice — keep your email private, or share your address with booked clients only (handy for home-based businesses): it stays off the public page and appears on a client’s confirmation page once their on-site visit is booked.
Step 2: Add your services
Still under Business info, add each service you offer: name, duration, and price. Every service also has a “Where it happens” setting — at your business, at your client’s location, over the phone, or on a video call. See Choosing where each service happens for details.
Got a big menu? Group services into categories (Manicures, Pedicures, Packages…) — tap Categories above the service list to create them, then pick one on each service. Turn on Show category filters under Settings → Booking Rules and your booking page adds one-tap filters so clients find the right service fast. Your AI Front Desk uses the same categories on calls — offering “manicures or pedicures?” instead of reading the whole menu.
Step 2b: Processing time — two clients, one chair
Some services have a built-in wait: color develops, a mask sets, a perm processes. Set a Processing time on the service — how long the window lasts and how many minutes into the appointment it starts — and Scheduley opens that window up for another booking. A 2-hour color with a 45-minute processing window starting 30 minutes in means your booking page and your AI Front Desk can both put a blow-dry or a trim right in the middle of it, automatically.
The math stays honest everywhere: the second booking has to genuinely fit inside the window (buffers included), the color client’s start and finish stay protected, and the calendar shows the two appointments side by side. Appointments already on the books keep the timing they were booked with — editing the service only shapes future bookings.
Step 3: Set your business hours
Set your working hours for each day of the week under Business info → Business Hours. The booking page only offers times inside these hours, and your AI Front Desk uses them too when answering callers.
Step 4: Publish
Head to Online Booking, preview your page, and publish it. You’ll get a personal Scheduley link you can share anywhere — see Publishing your page and sharing the link.
Want a full website instead of just a booking page? Keep the site you have and link Book now to Scheduley, or let us host one — see Building your business website.
