Publishing your page and sharing the link

Go live and share your link

Once your booking page is ready, publishing takes one click — then it’s all about putting the link where your clients already are.

Booking page and website — two pages, different jobs

Scheduley gives you two publishable pages, and you can run both at once:

  • Your booking page — a fast, single-purpose page: services, times, book. It’s the perfect link for an Instagram bio, a Google Business Profile button, a text message, or the Book now button on a website you already have.
  • Your website — a complete business site built from one of our premium templates: hero, about, team, reviews, FAQs, and the same booking built in. Your home on the web when you don’t have one — or want a better one. See Building your business website.

Each has its own Publish button and its own link, and they publish independently — going live with one doesn’t touch the other. Both pull from the same services, hours, team, and reviews, so there’s never anything to keep in sync. Plenty of businesses run both: the website as home base, the booking page as the short link they paste everywhere.

Publishing your page

In Online Booking, hit Publish. Your page goes live at your personal Scheduley link, and there’s a Copy link button right in the builder.

Where to share it

  • Social media — add it to your Instagram bio, Facebook page, or Google Business Profile
  • Text & email — send the link directly when clients ask about availability
  • Your website — link your “Book now” button to your Scheduley booking page (keep the site you already have), or let Scheduley host your whole site from one of our templates (see Building your business website)

Scheduley watches your page health

If a configuration issue would stop clients from booking — say, a service with no bookable hours — your dashboard flags it with a warning so you can fix it fast.

Tracking results

Your dashboard home and Reports show bookings as they come in, so you can see which channels are working for you.
