How to build a website for your business

Your website, built from your business info

Already have a website you like? Keep it — publish your Scheduley booking page and link Book now to it. Need a site? Scheduley can build and host a complete website for your business, with your services, hours, team, FAQs, and reviews already filled in from your dashboard. Either way works — and it isn’t either/or: the booking page and the website are separate pages with separate Publish buttons, so you can run both at once (website as home base, booking page as the short link for bios and texts). See Publishing & sharing.

Website builder — editor and live preview

Open the website builder

Go to Online Booking and open the website builder. You’ll see an editor on the left and a live preview on the right — every change updates the preview in real time, and the preview behaves exactly like your published site, including real availability.

Pick a template

Under Template, choose from 30+ professionally designed templates — and when you pick your business type, the builder suggests the ones that fit it best. Your content stays put when you switch, so feel free to try a few. The catalog covers a real range of personalities:

  • Classic & versatile — Basic, Industry Editorial, and Modern Card work for almost any business
  • Dark & luxe — Noir’s after-dark serif elegance, Aurora’s glowing glass panels, and Ink’s stencil-on-charcoal look for tattoo studios
  • Soft & minimal — Airy’s pastel calm for wellness studios, Swiss’s stark typographic grid for design-led studios, and Wag’s bouncy warmth for pet groomers
  • Bold & classic — Studio Pop’s playful ink outlines, Heritage’s vintage letterpress crest, and Gloss’s Instagram-grid energy for nail and lash studios
  • Trades & utility — Dispatch’s 24/7 call-first look, Blueprint’s drafting-paper style, Work Order’s job-ticket design, Torque’s garage energy, Sparkle’s checklist-clean look for cleaning crews, and Shine’s we-come-to-you style for mobile detailers
  • Coaching & creators — Pulse’s athletic intensity for trainers, Cadence’s class-timetable hero for group fitness, Spotlight’s link-in-bio column for video consults, Scholar’s notebook warmth for tutors, and Reel and On Air for creators and podcasters
  • Professional — Chambers’ quiet authority for law firms, Vital’s clinical calm for clinics, Estate’s listing-card polish for real estate, and Haven’s sage-toned calm for therapists
  • Conversion funnels — Level Up’s one-job booking funnel for home services, Estimate’s quote-first funnel for trades that bid their work, and Next Level’s launch-page energy for coaches and consultants
  • Events & entertainment — Encore’s stage-dark glow with a date-first booking flow for DJs, photo booths, and event pros

Want to see them before you build? Every template has a full live preview — browse the real pages, scroll every section, even tap through the demo booking flow.

Make it yours

  • Design — pick a color theme or use the custom color picker for your exact brand color, choose from six font styles, and upload your own hero and about photos
  • Business type — sets imagery, colors, and copy that fit your industry, and powers the template recommendations
  • Sections — toggle which sections appear: services, team, FAQs, reviews, and more
  • YouTube video — paste any YouTube link and a video section appears on your site, framed to match your template — a firm intro, a property tour, a training montage
  • Logo — upload yours and it takes the place of the text brand in your site’s header
  • Photo gallery — up to 8 photos of your work (before & afters, portfolio shots, finished jobs) in their own section, framed to match your template
  • Social links — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and Yelp icons in your footer; fill in only the ones you use
  • Search appearance — write the exact title and description Google shows for your site, or leave them blank to use your business name and tagline
  • Business Info — your name, tagline, phone, email, and address, seeded from your dashboard and editable per site. Each contact field has its own “Show on site” toggle, so a home-based or online business can keep its address or email off the page — the layout adapts to whatever you show. Your phone falls back to your Scheduley AI number automatically, so the site always shows a number that answers.
  • Services & Pricing — pulled straight from your dashboard, so your site always matches reality

Before publishing, flip the preview to phone view to see exactly what clients get on mobile.

Reviews on your site

The Testimonials section shows reviews collected automatically from your real appointments — toggle it on or off to choose whether they appear on your site. In the builder preview you’ll see labeled sample reviews until your own start coming in. See Collecting reviews from your clients.

The Reviews card also controls your star rating display: show or hide the rating badge, and choose whether it uses your Google rating or your Scheduley reviews — see Showing your Google rating.

Publish

Hit Publish and your site is live on your Scheduley link, with online booking built in — clients can book right from the site.
