Set “Where it happens” to Phone call for appointments you’ll handle by phone. No address is collected — the confirmation makes clear you’ll connect by phone at the booked time.
Booking works the same everywhere
Video and phone services appear on your booking page and website like any other service, and your AI Front Desk can book them over the phone too — it tells video-call clients to expect a Meet link by text.
