One calendar, everywhere
Calendar sync keeps Scheduley aligned with the calendars you already use, so a busy block anywhere means the slot isn’t offered anywhere.
Connect a calendar
- Go to Integrations in your dashboard
- Choose Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Calendly
- Click Connect — Google and Calendly sign you in; Apple Calendar asks for an app-specific password (create one at appleid.apple.com → Sign-In & Security)
What syncing does
- Scheduley appointments appear on your Google or Apple calendar — and stay in step when they move or cancel
- Events on your connected calendar block those times on your booking page and for your AI Front Desk
- Calendly bookings block your Scheduley slots too, so the two schedules never collide
Your Business Hours and team hours also control availability — see Booking rules.
Your schedule on your phone’s calendar (iCal feed)
Want your Scheduley schedule to just show up in the calendar app you already glance at? Go to Settings, find Phone calendar (iCal), and tap Get link. Copy the private link and subscribe to it from your calendar app:
- iPhone / Apple Calendar: Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar, paste the link
- Google Calendar: on the web, Other calendars → + → From URL, paste the link
Every appointment appears with the client, service, address, and assigned tech, in your timezone, and updates on its own as bookings land and move — no app switching, no export ritual. The feed is read-only (nothing on your phone can change your Scheduley calendar) and the link is private to you: anyone with it can see your schedule, so treat it like a password. Need a fresh one? Ask us and we’ll rotate it.
Two-way calendar sync is part of the integrations included in the Pro tier — Pro ($49/mo) or Field Pro ($69/mo). The read-only iCal feed above is available on every plan.
