Prefer to answer texts yourself? Switch off SMS text messages under Agent → Channels. Incoming texts still land in your Inbox marked Needs Attention, and automatic texts like confirmations and reminders keep working. The AI just stops replying to conversations.

Booking confirmation: sent the moment an appointment is booked, however it was booked: online, on your booking page, or by phone with your AI. Video bookings include their Google Meet link right in the confirmation.

Every automatic text has its own on/off switch under Agent → SMS Auto-Replies. Toggle the booking confirmation, reminders, and your post-call summary text independently, set the reminder lead time, and see the exact message each one sends.
